• The following topics will be discussed: HOA dues, Financial Statements, Current and revised covenants, Recommendation to revise covenants, Nomination and election of HOA officers, Any current questions and concerns homeowners may have. In Attendance will be the Carencro City Mayor and Chief of Police. Please bring any concerns and questions that fall under their jurisdiction. Your attendance will be greatly appriciated and you concerns are welcomed. Look forward to a great HOA Annual Meeting. Door prizes will be given.
